Your Vestaboard+ payment method can be updated through either the web app or mobile app. The change process will send an update link with instructions to the email address that was originally used to purchase the Vestaboard+ membership.
Who Can Update the Payment Method?
- Vestaboard owner permission levels
- Users logged in with the original purchase email address
Using the Web App:
- Select Your Vestaboard with Vestaboard+
- Go to Settings
- Click the Settings icon (gear) in the left sidebar
- Navigate to the Billing tab
- Find the Payment Method section
- Update Payment Details
- Click Change next to your current payment method
- Select Update Payment Information
- Check the original purchase email address for the update link instructions
Using the Mobile App:
- Select Your Vestaboard with Vestaboard+
- Go to Settings
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) on the bottom navigation
- Select "Vestaboard+" row
- Go to the Payment Method section
- Update Payment Details
- Tap Change
- Select Update Payment Information
- Check the original purchase email address for the update link instructions
Important Notes
- The payment update link will only be sent to the email address used for the original Vestaboard+ purchase.
- Shop Pay users should follow specific Shop Pay instructions.
- Not sure who originally purchased or unable to coordinate with the original purchaser? Contact our support team.
Note: If you see Keep Vestaboard+ instead of a Change option, this means there is no credit card on file for auto-renewal. Your Vestaboard+ membership will expire on the date shown. To continue your membership after expiration, you'll need to complete a new checkout process to reactivate.
