How do I schedule multiple one-time messages on my Vestaboard?

While Vestaboard's core software lets you schedule one message at a time, the One Time Scheduler  channel available in Vestaboard+ gives you the freedom to schedule and organize multiple messages, each with its own custom delivery time, all organized in one place.

To schedule your messages:

#1 - Navigate to One Time Scheduler within the Productivity category of Vestaboard+.

#2 - After installing the channel, you'll see two tabs at the top of the screen:

  • Drafts: Save work-in-progress messages until you're ready to schedule them
  • Scheduled: View all upcoming scheduled messages, sorted by delivery time

#3 - To add new messages, tap the Add button at the bottom and choose from these options:

  • Add Message Manually: Create a new message from scratch
  • Import From Spreadsheet: Upload multiple messages via CSV
  • Import From Favorites: Use your saved favorite messages
  • Import From Templates: Start with pre-designed templates

#4 - For each message, set your desired delivery date and time using the schedule picker. Unlike the core scheduling feature, each message maintains its own schedule so there's no need to worry about new schedules overwriting existing ones.

Managing your scheduled messages:

  • View all upcoming messages in the Scheduled tab, organized chronologically
  • Edit, duplicate, or discard messages by tapping on the message card
  • Messages automatically remove from the Scheduled tab after sending at their designated time and you will instead see them in your message history
