By default, your Vestaboard+ membership automatically renews for one year after your membership term ends with the payment method on file. If you prefer to manually renew your membership after each term, you can opt out of auto-renewal through the web or mobile app.
Who Can Manage Auto-Renewal?
- Vestaboard owner permission levels
- Users logged in with the original purchase email address
Using the Web App:
- Select Your Vestaboard with Vestaboard+
- Go to Settings
- Click the Settings icon (gear) in the left sidebar
- Navigate to the Billing tab
- Find the Payment Method section
- Cancel Auto-Renewal
- Select Cancel Membership
- Follow the prompts to confirm your choice
Using the Mobile App:
- Select Your Vestaboard with Vestaboard+
- Go to Settings
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) on the bottom navigation
- Select "Vestaboard+" row
- Go to the Payment Method section
- Cancel Auto-Renewal
- Select Cancel Membership
- Follow the prompts to confirm your choice
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Your Vestaboard+ features remain active until your current billing period ends
- You'll see an "Expiration Date" instead of "Next Billing Date" in your settings
Important Notes:
- Cancelling auto-renewal does not provide a refund
- New memberships are eligible to request a refund within 10 days of activation
